City of Swan Bridge and Jetty Inspections, Western Australia

Opus was commissioned by the City of Swan to undertake a visual condition survey (inspection) and report on the overall condition of bridge and jetty structures within the City of Swan. The condition survey is part of the City of Swan’s annual programme of regular inspections that supports the preservation and upkeep of the community’s assets.

Opus was requested to assess and quantify the condition of the Shire’s Community Halls for the purpose of developing a robust and sustainable works program for the preservation and upkeep of the community’s assets.
