Preparation of a plan of survey for a court case pertaining to an application under the Quieting of Titles Act. Services provided included field surveys, preparation of a detailed plan of survey, and expert witness testimony. The court case involved a claim to ownership of a portion of an island in the Miramichi River.

Opus conducted legal surveys on Route 11 from Janeville to Grande Anse, Gloucester County, NB. This work involved research, interviews with property owners, field surveys, calculations and plan preparation for a 5.4 kilometre section of highway.
Maritimes & Northeast Pipelines , Canada
Opus undertook legal survey field work, research, plan preparation and posting of markers along the right-of-way for the mainline natural gas pipeline from the Nova Scotia border to the Maine border, and also for the Saint John lateral line. This service was provided as a member of Terratech Consultants Inc., a consortium of Maritime surveying firms.
